Here are answers to some of the questions we usually get from prospective clients. Feel free to reach out with other inquiries.
Yes. You can add as many requests as you'd like to your queue, and we will work on them one at a time until you are satisfied, then we will move on to the next task on the queue.
We work quickly and efficiently and will turnaround most requests on average within 2-3 business days, Monday-Friday. Other tasks may take longer depending on their complexity.
You will be working directly with the founder and senior designer. With more than 15 years of design experience under his belt working for clients, agencies, and startups, it's like having an experienced in-house designer on your team...but without the high price tag.
We use Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite for most designs, and Webflow to develop our sites. For our Express Graphic Design subscription we use Canva to create stationary, presentations, social graphics, and simple animations.
Because of the nature of our business model, and the quality of our designs, we do not offer refunds. We strive to provide the highest quality work for our subscribers and if you are not completely satisfied, please let us know and we will work with you to find a solution.
